Over her long tenure at Watt International, Donna has led the HR function, and sees herself as fulcrum point between the company and our team. As the leader of our people and practices, viewing our employees as our most valuable resource, she works to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best people to meet the evolving needs of our clients. She sees her role as holding a unique relationship as employee and company needs evolve over time.
A key part of her role is understanding the evolving culture of work, and ensuring that our teams have access to strong work-life balances to enable them to produce highly differentiating and effective work.
Donna’s HR strength is reflected in her history of speaking at conferences on a variety of HR topics, and her ability to shape our HR practices throughout Watt’s evolution and adaptations over our fifty year history.
